What are Dermatomes? Animated Video Explaining Dermatomes
A dermatome is a region or part of the skin that is supplied by branches from a single nerve root from the spinal cord. These spinal sensory nerves originate from peripheral parts of the body and enter the nerve root in the spinal cord. The part of the body supplied by the sensory nerves from a single nerve root makes a dermatome. The sensory nerves are the types of nerves that carry sensations such as pain, touch, pressure, and temperature from different body parts toward the spinal cord.

Cancer is an uncontrolled growth of abnormal cells anywhere in a body. Since its diagnosis is expensive, people often discontinue their therapeutic procedures. For this purpose, Forti-Health introduced a feasible screening test to detect malignant cells. The test will only require a blood sample that simply detect the levels of fortilin - a potential biomarker found in the circulation which is expressed higher in cancerous cells as compared to normal ones. By preceding such a viable diagnostic test, patients who are undergoing cancer treatments can now conveniently monitor their health condition with much safer approaches.
An animated demonstration of Nulixir's innovative nanocarrier absorption in the small intestine via apical membrane into bloodstream. These nanovesicles can easily shuttle any functional ingredient (hydrophobic or hydrophilic) to maximize consistent incorporation and dosing. Nulixir is a company that mainly focuses to enhance the diet and healthy lifestyle by using Nanovesicle Technology to generate the highest quality of products.
