Acceptance

By accessing cdistudio.io or engaging CDI Studio (Creative Design Inn) for medical animation services, you accept these terms.

Services

We produce custom medical animations, illustrations, and motion graphics under separate written agreements. These terms govern site use; project specifics are in the signed Statement of Work.

Intellectual property

Site content (copy, images, animations) is owned by CDI Studio. Client deliverables are licensed per the Statement of Work. Tools, scripts, and underlying methodology remain CDI Studio property.

Confidentiality

All client information shared during scoping or production is treated as confidential under our standard NDA, available on request.

Use of site

You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, or systematically copy site content. You may not use site content to train AI models without express permission.

No warranties on site content

Site content is provided as-is for informational purposes. Educational content is not medical advice and should not substitute for qualified medical or regulatory counsel.

Limitation of liability

CDI Studio's total liability for site use is limited to the lesser of $100 or the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where CDI Studio is incorporated. Disputes resolved by binding arbitration.

Changes

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest revision. Material changes prompt a notice on the site.
