Usman Bukhari

Background & approach

Usman Bukhari is a medical illustrator and animator whose work spans 2D illustration and 3D scientific visualization. At CDI Studio, he leads 3D visual direction, supports artists and oversees production from asset creation through quality checks. His work includes modeling, textures, lighting and animation, with an emphasis on detail and collaboration. He works with Blender, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Procreate to develop visuals that help audiences understand medical and scientific subjects.

Experience & credentials

Lead 3D Artist at CDI Studio since January 2024, following illustration work with the studio from March 2020. His LinkedIn profile also lists design consultancy at Empiriko and earlier illustration experience at Blitz Advertising.
